      I don't know of any other business that would come right out and give a simple answer to this question, but I am going to try my best. For a really short answer that may or may not be right for your needs... somewhere close to $300 - $600 for a single shoot and depending on the businesses budget, monthly prices can range anywhere from $1,000 - $2,000 a month. So,  now with that out of the way, let's dive a little deeper into the question of how much a promotional videographer would actually cost/charge based on your needs and what they look at to give you an actual price! The honest long answer is: it depends on the project (I'm sure you've heard that before). Pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all because every business has different goals, timelines, and content needs. Factors like the type of video (social media, ads, testimonials, brand stories, etc.), how complex the shoot is, how many locations are involved, and how much editing time and creative direction is required all play a role in determining overall cost.

     Another big factor in a monthly content package is obviously.. How much content do you want a month?? Some businesses only need a single video occasionally, while others want consistent monthly content to stay visible on social media and in their marketing. Ongoing monthly content plans can look very different from one-off projects and are often structured around how many videos, reels, or short-form clips you want produced regularly. The best way to get an accurate idea of cost is to talk through your goals and content needs so a custom plan can be built around what will actually help your business grow. (usual goals for a business is to post at LEAST twice every week)

     For many businesses, I find that a really strong approach is to mix promotional ad-style content with teaching or educational videos.
